Cancellation penalties are subject to specific rates and dates. Please check with reservations at booking@basecamps.com. Only non-refundable rates incur a 100% penalty of the total booking amount in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation. No-shows at Basecamps will also be penalised with 100% of the total booking amount.

Basecamps implements a 24/7 security policy, and our staff are trained in first aid and emergency response procedures. Fire extinguishers and safety information are available in all accommodations.

Inclement weather such as cold does not permit cancellations or refunds unless the company deems the conditions unsafe for stay. In the rare event that the company cancels a reservation due to weather conditions, guests will be refunded for the nights affected by the closure.
