SCHEDULE

3:30 PM – Departure by car from Basecamps
4:15 PM – Arrival at the starting point and preparation
4:30 PM – Start of the ascent with skis (skimo)
6:00 PM – Arrival at Costa Rasa + snack/picnic
9:00 PM – Nighttime descent
9:30 PM – End of activity

At Costa Rasa:
- Welcome glass of cava and snacks.
- Bread with tomato and butifarra.
- Drink (soft drink, beer, or glass of wine).
- Coffee or tea.

Mandatory Equipment

Personal Equipment:
- 3 layers for the upper body, outer waterproof layer.
- 2 layers for the lower body.
- Backpack (approx. 30L).
- Food and water for the outing.
- Sunglasses + fog mask (recommended).
- Lip balm + sunscreen.
- Whistle.
- Mobile phone with full battery charge.
- Neck scarf (e.g. "Buff").
- Warm hat / sun cap.

Technical Equipment

- Mountain ski boots.
- Skis with mountain bindings.
- Climbing skins adapted to skis (ski waist size – approx. 2mm).
- Ski poles (telescopic or specific mountain ski poles).
- Helmet (bike-type helmets are acceptable).

What you should know

Recommendations

  • Transportation to the activity locations will be by private car, and the cost is not included in the price of the outing.
  • The instructor may adjust the itinerary or cancel the outing if needed, always putting the group’s safety first. These decisions are final.
  • The meeting point for all outings is at Base Camps.
  • Our outings are guided by a certified Mountain Ski Instructor, but they are not formal lessons. If someone is not adequately prepared, the instructor will not be held responsible and may ask them to return on their own, under their own responsibility.
  • Your safety is our top priority. If you choose to take a different route, it will be at your own risk.

  • 18 years and older.
