The practice begins by progressively and consciously connecting breath and movement. The pace gradually increases, activating the metabolism and generating physical, mental, and emotional benefits. The session ends with a guided relaxation to help integrate the experience.

During spring and summer, weather permitting, the activity will take place outdoors at the Cadí viewpoint. In autumn and winter, or in case of rain or wind, it will be held indoors in the Flow Room.
