Through playful dynamics, they will learn to use their bodies as a tool for communication, developing their creativity, coordination, and body awareness.

Description

In this activity, children will discover new ways to express themselves through movement, combining theatre, mime, dance, yoga, acroyoga, and musical games. Through playful dynamics, they will learn to use their bodies as a tool for communication, developing their creativity, coordination, and body awareness.

Schedule:

3:00 PM – We meet at the Kids space, where we will give a brief introduction to the workshop content and do a small warm-up to prepare the body and mind for the activity.

3:15 PM – We will explore movement through various dynamics like theater, mime, dance, yoga, and more. Each session will be an opportunity to discover new ways of communicating, expressing emotions with the body, and activating all muscles in a fun and creative way.

4:45 PM – We will conclude the activity with a brief reflection, sharing feelings and experiences, fostering connection with ourselves and others through movement.
